Our coordination team reviews your medical records and recommends the best hospital and specialist for your condition.

03

You approve the recommendation. We book appointments, arrange your medical visa invitation letter and coordinate travel logistics.

04

1-on-1 Hospital Visit

Your English-speaking coordinator meets you at the hospital, handles registration and accompanies you throughout every appointment.

05

Treatment & Discharge

Coordinated treatment delivery, pharmacy pickup and hospital discharge — all managed by your coordinator on-site.

06

Reports & Follow-up

Bilingual medical report translation and ongoing remote coordination after you return home.

What a Typical Clinic Day Looks Like

Most first-time consultations follow a straightforward flow. Your coordinator handles paperwork, payment and interpretation so you can focus on your consultation.

Appointment Registration

Your coordinator pre-registers you online, prepares your patient ID card and confirms the specialist appointment time. You arrive at the international department or VIP clinic at the scheduled hour.

Document Preparation

We organize and translate your prior medical records, lab results and imaging into the format used by the hospital. Your reports are ready in the consultation room before you arrive.

Consultation & Examination

You meet the specialist. Your coordinator interprets the consultation in real time. Any additional exams (blood work, ultrasound, X-ray, MRI) are scheduled on the same day whenever possible.

Treatment Plan

The specialist explains findings and recommendations. We translate the proposed treatment plan into English with clear next steps, timelines and cost estimates so you can decide with full information.

Payment & Follow-up

We handle payment at the cashier desk, provide itemized receipts (often required for insurance reimbursement) and schedule your next appointment or procedure date before you leave the hospital.
